Patients join
A scan at the counter, a card in their wallet.
New patients scan the card by your till, pick a tier, and pay on Stripe's secure page. Their membership card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with their balance on it. No app to download.
At the desk
Credit applied, card charged, done.
Your front desk scans the member in, rings up the visit at member pricing, applies their banked credit, and charges the rest to the card they saved. Receipt by email, balances updated everywhere.

The money is already on their account, so the next appointment is an easy yes. Members see their balance, history and card on a page they open with an emailed link. No password to remember.

Your money stays yours
Payments run on the Stripe account you already have.
Every payment goes straight from the patient to your clinic. Clinicaly never holds funds, never takes a percentage of your revenue, and never stands between you and your Stripe dashboard. Refunds, payouts and statements stay where they are today.
